近日，中国国家发改委称：

到2020年中国将在人口稀少地区投资9463亿人民币（约1400亿美元）用于安置贫困户

而根据世行统计标准，１９７８年至２０１8年间，中国的实际人均收入增长了23倍，极端贫困发生率，从１９８１年的超过８０％大幅下降至２０１8年的不足2％！

对此，联合国开发计划署发布了《2018年中国人类发展报告》中，高度赞扬了中国“造血式”的开发扶贫，并倡议中国“造血式”扶贫，不仅是过去几十年中国推进减贫工作的重要经验，更是未来全人类实现脱贫、减贫的必由之路...

显然，在巨大的扶贫成就下，中国式的“脱贫之路”成为了世界关注的焦点！
